Improper Selection Behavior When Node Drag Constraint is Disabled

When the drag constraint is disabled for nodes in the diagram, the selection behavior becomes inconsistent. If multiple nodes are selected and the user right-clicks to open the context menu, the selection unexpectedly shifts to only the node that was right-clicked, instead of maintaining the multiple selection.
