Support for recognizing details when dragging and dropping outside the DataGrid

Recognize details when dragging and dropping outside the DataGrid. Currently, we

provide
details only when a column is dragged and dropped inside the grid.

We need to provide these details in the onColumnDragging callback when a column is dropped outside the grid.
