OutOfRangeException should thrown when we set value less than the min value in Rating

OutOfRangeException should thrown when we set value less than the min value in Rating instead of looping the ValueChanged event

Sample: BlazorApp3.zip


Replication procedure:

  • Put the debugger in ValueChanged event
  • Then run the sample
  • You can see the issue

Actual: ValueChanged event calling continuously

Expected: 

OutOfRangeException should thrown when we set value less than the min value in Rating instead of looping the ValueChanged event
