Item text is displayed in lowercase in columns

When using the de culture, item text appears correctly with uppercase in the swimlanes but is converted to lowercase in the Kanban columns. In German, nouns should start with uppercase letters, so the customer expects "Artikel" to be displayed consistently in both locations.

Replication Steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Observe the text "artikel" in the columns (incorrect).

Expected Behavior: Item text should maintain its original case, displaying the first letter as uppercase in the columns.

Actual Behavior: For columns, the first letter is converted to lowercase.
