Add an IsSelected property to determine whether an item is selected in the segment template

The SegmentedControl is being used, and dividers are being placed between the items. A DataTemplate has been used for the SegmentTemplate, successfully displaying the dividers. However, when a segment is selected, the text color does not change. It appears that SfSegmentItem does not have an IsSelected property, preventing the use of a style trigger for this.
