Support to customize the position of the Symbol Description

By default, the description of the symbol will be displayed at the bottom of the icon. We need support for customizing the position of the symbol description to display on the left side of the icon. Also, we need to provide options like MS Visio, to display icons alone, descriptions alone, and descriptions along with details about symbols.
