Provide Support for Percentage-Based Width in the Table Edit Dialog of RichTextEditor

Description:

Currently, the Table Edit dialog only allows numeric input for the Width property, preventing users from specifying percentage-based values. To enhance flexibility, support should be added for defining table width using percentage values in the Table Edit dialog of the RichTextEditor.
