I have identified two critical issues with Korean language input in the Syncfusion WPF PDF Viewer's annotation features:

Text Box Editing Issue: When editing an existing text box annotation, Korean IME input is completely non-functional. Users cannot type any Korean characters in the text box editing mode.

Sticky Note Character Separation: When creating sticky note annotations with Korean text, the Hangul characters are incorrectly separated into individual consonants and vowels (jamo), making the text illegible.

These issues significantly affect usability for Korean language users, as proper text input is impossible for annotations in PDF documents.

Steps to Reproduce:

For Text Box Issue:

Load a PDF in the viewer

Create a text box annotation

Try to edit the existing text box

Attempt to type Korean characters - no input is accepted

For Sticky Note Issue:

Load a PDF in the viewer

Create a sticky note annotation

Type Korean text

The text appears separated into individual components

Environment:

Syncfusion PDF Viewer for WPF

Windows 10/11 with Korean language support enabled

.NET Framework (or .NET Core version)

Expected Behavior:

Text box editing should fully support Korean IME input

Sticky notes should display properly formed Korean characters without separation

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues, as proper Korean language support is essential for our application.
