printScaleFactor API does NOT improve print quality for signatures

When printing from the PDF Viewer, we tested the new printScaleFactor on the highest level 5. This did not have any impact on the signature print quality attached to the document.
Our users are having their documents be rejected because of this issue. We have been waiting a long time for a resolution and the latest release has not fixed the issue.
