Enhanced Timeline Calculation for Accurate Quarter Alignment

Currently, when the projectStartDate is set to June and the top tier count is 3, with the bottom tier displaying months in the "MMM" format, the timeline calculation begins from the projectStartDate itself. Due to this, the bottom tier November month cell may appear under Q3 (top tier cell), since the last three months (October, November, and December). So that November month cell must be under the Q4 cell of the toptier.

With this improvement, the entire year is considered and divided into quarters based on the given count (3). As a result, the November month will now be correctly displayed under the Q4 cell in the top tier.
