Support to add ShowAddNewRow feature in batch edit mode

The ShowAddNewRow property in the Syncfusion Blazor Grid is designed to allow users to add new rows directly within the grid, without using a dialog. However, this feature is not currently supported in batch editing mode, where users typically make multiple edits and submit them together. As a result, the expected inline row addition experience is unavailable in this mode.
