Support to rotate PDF pages by custom angle

PDF pages can be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise through the PdfViewer page organizer or programmatically. It would be useful if there was the ability to rotate by a custom angle such as 30 o 45 degrees. In this case of course the page rotation should remain the same and only the content should be rotated.
