Date Stamp no longer available after upgrading to v28.2.7

After upgrading to version v28.2.7, we are no longer to add a Date Stamp to our documents in the PDF viewer.  Is there a new setting that has to be enabled?  Attached is an example of the Date Stamp working in v22.1.38.  The icon is not visible to us in v28x.  Please let me know any changes that need to be made to enable it.
