Provide support to customize the highlighting workday in Timeline Month View in Blazor Scheduler

In the current scheduler supports the  setWorkHourAsync feature in both the vertical view and the timeline day, week and work week views, but not in the timeline month view. Introducing support for setting workdays in the timeline month view would allow users to effectively manage schedules by clearly highlighting workdays.
