Exception in Number Validator of FormValidator

Description:

Customer reported an issue in the formvalidator source. The number validator fails when e.value is a number because it attempts to use indexOf(" "), which is invalid for numeric values.



Validation details:


Issue occurs due to e.value.indexOf(" ") being called on a number.
