Dialog Position Issue When Rendering Tab Content

Description:

When rendering a tab component inside the dialog, the dialog position is incorrect.

Replication Steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. See the dialog 

Expected Behavior: Dialog should align center to the target

Actual Behavior: Dialog is not positioned center
