Provide support for dynamically changing offset duration values between segments

Currently, we ensure that each segment has at least one duration unit of space by default. For example, if the duration unit is "Day," there must be at least a one-day gap between segments.

With this feature, the duration offset values will be dynamically adjustable. For instance, you can set offset duration values like 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days, providing greater flexibility.
