Selected date not proper while setting the Start and Depth properties in the DateRangePicker are set to 'Year'

Replication steps:

  1. Open the date range picker popup.
  2. Select the custom range and click on FEB double time and apply.
  3. Again, open the popup, select the custom range and click on Feb double time and apply.
  4. Now see the date from and to date will be same.

Expected Behavior: When selecting January, the range should be January 1st to January 31st.


Actual Behavior: Instead of selecting the full month, the range is set from January 1st to January 1st, not covering the entire month.
