Clear designer serialization issues when adding Tabs through designer in Ribbon in .NET Core winForms projects

In Winforms .NET Core based projects , when using RibbonControlAdv, any modifications made in the designer are not serialized into the Designer.cs file. As a result, these changes are lost, causing them to disappear when running the application or reopening the form in the designer.
