SegmentCollection is not updating when adding or deleting a segment

The user is facing an issue where the segment collection updates dynamically, but the UI does not reflect the changes. Additionally, when adding or deleting a segment, the locally bound segment collection is not updating properly. We have attached a sample for reference.
