Filtering is not done, when using multiselect with some combination of property(AllowFiltering, AllowCustomValue, checkbox mode, with CustomValueSpecifier and Created event)

Replication Steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Perform filtering (type a)


Expected Behavior: Filtering should perform

Actual Behavior: filtering is not done
