Undo and Redo Support for GanttGrid and GanttChart in WPF GanttControl

Add support for undo and redo operations for both GanttGrid and GanttChart in the WPF GanttControl. This feature will enable users to efficiently manage changes by reversing or reapplying modifications made to GanttGrid and GanttChart.
