Provide option for tooltip menu when grid is in phone mode

When grid is in phone mode you get scroller in grid's toolbar if there is no place for all of the buttons. 

Could you provide "tooltip menu" as in example at 

https://ej2.syncfusion.com/aspnetmvc/Tooltip/menu#/material

and make that it is choosable if user wants to use it in phone / desktop mode (leave support for old toolbar of course, just provide "tooltip menu" as option). I believe that it could be useful specially in phone mode when there are lot of buttons in toolbar and the user is not aware that he/she could scroll aside..
