Undo not functioning correctly after Group, Rotate, and Ungroup Actions in Diagram

Undo is not working correctly after performing a sequence of actions: grouping, rotating and then ungrouping between startGroupAction and endGroupAction. The expected state is not restored when the undo operation is triggered.
