Editing existing XmpMetadata fails for PdfDocument

Versions: Windows 11, Syncfusion.Pdf.Net.Core 28.2.6, .NET 9.0.2

In a PdfDocument trying to set the XmpMetadata DefaultText or editing a value in an XmpLangArray fails with "Name cannot begin with the "." character"

See attached minimal repro, which also has comments explaining what the issue is.
