Support to add additional conditions filter in Excel dialog custom filter

In the Syncfusion Blazor Grid, the Excel-style custom filter dialog currently supports only two filter conditions (e.g., "Condition 1 AND/OR Condition 2"). This limitation restricts users from applying more complex filtering logic. To enhance flexibility, there should be an option to add additional filter conditions dynamically—for example, by including an “Add Condition” button in the dialog. This would allow users to build multi-condition filters using a combination of fields, operators, and values, similar to advanced filtering in Excel. Such a feature would significantly improve data exploration and analysis capabilities within the grid.
