Provide support for serialization and deserialization in Flutter Datagrid

Serialization and deserialization are processes used to convert data structures or objects into formats suitable for storage or transmission, and later reconstruct them. In the context of Flutter DataGrid, these processes enable saving the grid's state (such as data, selected rows, sorting, filtering , etc..) to persistent storage . Upon deserialization, the grid's state can be restored without reloading all the data.
