Enhance MAUI SfScheduler Tapped Event/Command to Include Cell Date When Tapped on Appointment

When an appointment is tapped in the MAUI SfScheduler, the `Tapped` event or command provides only the selected appointment, while the corresponding cell date is not included. Enhancing this behavior to also return the cell date along with the list of appointments for that day would improve usability and provide better scheduling context.
