API to generate alternate descriptions during Word to PDF/UA (Tagged PDF)

While converting Word to PDF/UA (tagged PDF), currently we are not adding alternate description for below items, if they are empty in input Word document. Now, in this feature, we planned generate alternate description during Word to PDF/UA conversion for below items

  • Shapes
  • Images
  • Table
  • Chart
  • Hyperlink without screen tip
