Support for timeout function for creating long-term validation (LTV) during signing and validation

Currently, the PDF library does not support configuring a timeout function for creating Long-Term Validation (LTV) during digital signing and validation. This means users cannot set a time limit for retrieving and embedding revocation data, such as OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol) responses and CRL (Certificate Revocation List) information, during the signing or validation process.
