Enhance aggregate cells with keyboard navigation and accessibility support

The DataGrid footer aggregate cells are not accessible for selection or navigation using the keyboard. When clicking on the aggregate footer cells, they are not selected. Additionally, when navigating through the DataGrid cells using the Tab key, the aggregate footer cells are skipped so need to provide the support for this.

  1. Open the sample link.
  2. Click on various cells in the DataGrid to see normal cell selection behavior.
  3. Click on the aggregate footer cells at the bottom of the DataGrid.
  4. Observe that the aggregate footer cells are not selected.
  5. Press the Tab key on the keyboard to navigate through the cells.
  6. Notice that the focus skips over the aggregate footer cells entirely.
Expected Behavior: The aggregate footer cells should be selectable when clicked and should be included in the Tab navigation cycle.
