Provide Multiple Root folder support for File Manager component with flat data

Provide support to render multiple root folders within the File Manager component flat data. For example, the File Manager must include root folders such as Root1, Root2, and Root3. But the current File Manager only supports single-root folder rendering. So we need to provide this support in the File Manager component.
