Support for Node Snapping with its neighboring nodes based on Ports

The snap to object provides visual cues to assist with aligning and spacing diagram elements. A node can be snapped with its neighboring objects based on top, center, left, right, and bottom alignments.
Such alignments are visually represented as smart guides. We need to extend this support to snap the node with its neighboring node based on ports(refer to the attached gif image).
