Need to provide support to render the Angular File Manager desktop view layout in mobile view resolution

Need to provide support for rendering the File Manager desktop view layout in mobile resolution.


For example, we have the following layout in desktop mode. 

But in mobile mode, it should look like this. 


Therefore, we need to ensure that the layout in mobile mode mirrors the desktop mode.
