Ink signature improvements

Please consider the following improvements to the user experience for ink signatures in the WPF PdfViewer:

- Increase or decrease the ink stroke thickness for signatures

- Setting the signature color in the drawing window directly and preserving this color when the signature is added to the list. Currently if there are multiple fields or page to be signed, it is necessary to open the properties window afterwards for each one.

- Cut, copy and paste doesn't work for ink signatures, unlike normal annotations. In particular duplicating a signature could be useful to avoid re-setting the size for each added signature.

- Exposing the property to flatten the signature on save in the UI, for example in the Properties window
