Grouping with virtualScrolling is not working properly with OverScanCount property and Frozen column

To reproduce:

  1. Run the attached GridIssue project
  2. Scroll down the grid
  • When scrolling down the grid fails to render correctly, getting stuck on the virtual scroll mask
  • It is possible to scroll past the virtual scroll mask and into whitespace
