Provide Automatic Decimal Formatting support for .NET MAUI SfNumericEntry Control

Enable a feature in the numeric input control that automatically formats values with a decimal point as users type. For example, typing 1 displays 0.01, 12 displays 0.12, and 123 displays 1.23. Currently, this requires extensive cursor manipulation, so a built-in solution is requested.
