A console error occurred on the mobile device when AllowEdit was set to false

If the DatePicker is configured with AllowEdit set to false, opening the popup on a mobile device will cause an exception.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the attached sample.

2. Switch to mobile view.

3. Attempt to open the popup.

4. Check the console.

 

Expected Output: No console error should occur on the mobile device when AllowEdit is set to false.

Current Output: A console error occurred on the mobile device when AllowEdit was set to false
