Support to render path shape for resizer

In the iPad environment, overriding the rx and ry attributes using a <style> tag is not supported. As a result, resize handles cannot be rendered as circles or rounded rectangles using CSS. To address this, support needs to be provided for rendering resize handles with different path shapes, similar to connector segment thumbs.
