Providing Tooltip support for Maximize and Minimize buttons in RibbonControlAdv for Office2013, Office2016

In the RibbonControlAdv, the MaximizeToolTip and MinimizeToolTip properties are not functioning as expected in specific styles. While tooltips display correctly for Office2007 and Office2010 styles, they are not shown for Office2013, Office2016, and TouchStyle styles.
