Provide support for Auto Row height

Currently, the row height can only be set uniformly for all rows using the rowHeight property, and validations are performed based on this common row height. With this feature, it will be possible to set different row heights for individual rows. All row heights will be considered while rendering elements such as taskbars, connector lines, etc.
