Enhance EJ2 Grid with PullToRefresh Functionality Support

I have found the pull to refresh in your Flutter Grid. https://help.syncfusion.com/flutter/datagrid/pull-to-refresh I want the same in javascript Grid.

this will be great if this feature was added as pullToRefresh memeber for ej2 Grid; I think will be appreciated for some of your customers.
