Provide new event to notify the clearing of the upload list in the FileManager component

When a user clears an uploading files using the clear icon in the FileManager component, a new event should be triggered. This event needs to fire before the popup element closes and should include details about the canceled file, such as its metadata (name, size, type) and the raw file object.
