Invalid dependency lines are displayed when edit settings are not enabled

The user attempted to connect multiple parent tasks under a single root parent with dependency lines, which are displayed even when edit settings are disabled. However, these cases are invalid and need to be restricted. We have attached a sample and an image for reference.
