Support to display Predecessor relationship names in long-term in WPF Gantt Control

Need to provide support for displaying the full names of Predecessor relationship types (such as "Start to Start", "Start to Finish", etc.) in place of abbreviated codes (e.g., "SS", "FS", "FF", "SF") in the WPF Gantt control.
