Support for Nullable Date Values in DataFormDateItem

The `DataFormDateItem` in the MAUI SfDataForm currently uses the .NET MAUI `DatePicker`, which does not support nullable DateTime values or the ability to clear a date. A feature request has been submitted for the `DatePicker` control to support nullable dates. Once this feature is implemented in the MAUI framework, the `DataFormDateItem` will need to be updated to support clearing or resetting date values.
