Improve the resizing event for real-time event resizing limits in the Scheduler

Description: Currently, the resizeStop event allows preventing resizing actions after the resize operation is completed. However, there is no support to restrict resizing in real-time based on specific conditions (e.g., preventing an event from being extended beyond a certain duration, such as 24 hours).


Use Case: Users often require precise control over resizing events to ensure that appointments or activities do not exceed predefined limits while resizing is in progress.
