Taskbar not render correct position when zoomToFit

The user is attempting to use the dataBind event during the initial load with the fitToProject method triggered. In this case, the width of the first cell in the bottom tier not updating properly, causing the taskbar render position to shift. We have attached a sample and an image for reference.
