Waterfall Chart is preserved improperly while resaving presentation document when series values are empty

When opening a presentation document containing a waterfall chart, Currently OfficeChart does not properly handled  scenarios where the series value ranges are  blank cells. This leads to incorrect parsing  and result in chart preserved incorrectly while resaving the document. This needs to be fixed.
