Support to join and split individual pages in PdfViewer page organizer

Sometimes for specific document pages the following operations are needed:

- Join two pages into one by "appending" content horizontally or vertically

- Split a page into two pages horizontally or vertically

An example of how this is achieved in the "PDF Arranger" software when 2 pages are selected:
